Kansas Farmers Markets // For more than a decade, the Kansas Rural Center has supported the development of Kansas' farmers markets through statewide conferences, producer workshops, manager/board training, publications, market mini-grants and cost-free consultation services.
Kansas Food Bank // Our mission is to provide comprehensive and compassionate HungerCare whenever and wherever it is needed to safeguard the health, well-being and productivity of food-insecure Kansas families and their children, as well as senior citizens, the homeless and the chronically ill and impoverished among us.
Kansas Food Security Task Force // The Kansas Food Security Task Force is one of three sub-committees of the Kansas Food Policy Council. The Food Security Task Force brings together representatives from each of the Kansas State agencies that administer federally-sponsored nutrition programs, the Kansas Extension Service, and private sector and religious groups that are actively involved in providing emergency assistance and reducing hunger and food insecurity in Kansas.
Kansas Nutrition Network // The Kansas Nutrition Network is a coalition of state-level public and private agencies and professionals working in nutrition education, food assistance programs, or other areas supportive of the KNN mission.
Kansas Rural Center // The Kansas Rural Center, Inc. (KRC) is a non-profit organization that promotes the long-term health of the land and its people through research, education, and advocacy.
